Questions
Pricing questions
What does one credit get me?
1 credit makes one 15 second zombie couple video in Standard 720p. HD 1080p uses 2 credits. Frame (9:16 or 16:9) and story do not change the price.
Do credits expire?
No. Pack credits never expire, and credits from monthly plans roll over month after month and stay yours even after you cancel.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
Open the account menu and choose Manage subscription. Cancel there and the plan stops renewing at the end of the paid month; you keep every credit already granted. To switch plans, cancel and start the new one when the current month ends.
What if a video fails?
Its credits are returned automatically, whether it failed, timed out or was blocked by the safety check. Unused credits can also be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Is there a free trial?
No free credits, because every video is rendered on a paid video model. The Single pack at $4.99 is the cheapest way to try it.
