If a video fails, times out or is blocked by the safety check, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email support@zombiecoupleai.best with your receipt.

Monthly plans

Cancel anytime from Manage subscription in the account menu; you will not be charged again and you keep every credit already granted. A renewal you did not use can be refunded within 14 days if none of its credits were spent.
