Rain Reunion: a zombie reunion in the rain
Neon, heavy rain and footsteps behind you that turn out to be the one you lost.
Updated Oct 20, 2026
The survivor walks alone through a rain-soaked city at night under a broken umbrella, with flickering neon reflected in the puddles. Slow footsteps follow; they turn, and the zombie partner is standing a few steps away with rain running down their face. The umbrella drops, and the rest is a slow-motion embrace in the downpour.
What happens in the 15 seconds
- 0–4 s: The survivor walks alone under a torn umbrella on a rainy neon street, hears slow footsteps behind and turns.
- 4–9 s: The zombie partner stands in the rain a few steps away, water running down their face; they look at each other and the survivor drops the umbrella.
- 9–15 s: The survivor runs forward and holds them; the camera orbits in slow motion as neon glints in the raindrops.
The best photos for Rain Reunion
- Night scenes are hard on faces, so start from a bright, sharp photo; the scene adds the darkness.
- Avoid photos with strong coloured lighting of their own; the cyan and pink neon is added by the scene.
- Longer hair looks great here, as it is soaked and moves with the rain.
Good to know
- The most dramatic story: the longest embrace (six seconds) and a slow-motion finish.
- Cyan and pink neon on a dark street makes it stand out in a feed of warm, dusk-coloured zombie clips.
- Two photos · 15 seconds · 9:16 or 16:9 · music on · no watermark · 1 credit (720p) or 2 credits (HD 1080p).
Other zombie love stories
- The Last Embrace: The viral one: a gun you cannot fire, a leap into a hug, and a cut to a sunny memory.
- Till Death and After: A ruined chapel, tattered wedding clothes and vows that outlived the apocalypse.
- Rooftop Sunset: Two silhouettes on a rooftop above the dead city, watching the last sunset.
- One Last Dance: A slow dance in an empty ballroom, under a dusty chandelier.
- Before the Fall: Starts on a sunny first date, cuts to the end of the world. Same two people.
